The PlyoDyne®PRO ONE-M is a free-standing device and designed for commercial use by one user.

With a focus on learning the correct and complete movement patterns, in accordance with the principles of neurorehabilitation and with the lowest possible load to enable the treatment of vulnerable patients.

According to Dr Pavel Kolář – DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) 2 fundamental needs are central to this:

  • The appropriate proprioceptive perceptions of the patient
  • The tactile perceptions of the patient

The delivery includes:
  • 1 Stable wall-mounted base.

Please note that you will need a minimum ceiling height of 2,5 m to use the equipment.

PlyoDyne® allows training of the 7 individual training features that can be combined in individual targeted training plans and objectives.

COMMERCIAL USE

The wall-mounted version of the PlyoDyne®PRO requires limited exercise area. Commercial and business calculation involving data like capital investment, amortization period, equipment availability, cost of a m2 training area per month, required exercise area and walk-around space (1m), and 1 user allows you to calculate operating cost and revenue potential per day. Analysing equipment available on the market in comparison to the PlyoDyne®PRO WALL will provide you with solid data on ROI/ROCE.

The base

A dynamic wall-mount design surrounds the square column by means of blind mounting. The support handles can be positioned vertically to accommodate differences in human bodies and individual requirements. The support handles are made of brushed stainless steel. The base also holds the flexible joint in a secure position during exercising.

1. THE FLEXIBLE JOINT

Made from high grade polymer this custom-made part allows for friction and lubrication free motion of the exercise shaft and guarantees a maintenance free operation

The bearing that is positioned just above the flexible joint allows for rotation of the exercise shaft and deliberately adds a 3rd mass inertia, beside the mass inertia from the shaft and handle with weights, to the complex play of forces involved in training with PlyoDyne®.

2. THE BASE PLATE ASSEMBLY
A stable platform (2a and 2b) for mounting the flexible joint and all required peripherals and support structures. Made from 10mm strong bright blue powder coated steel plates.
3. THE SUPPORT HANDLE ASSEMBLY
Delivering a secure hold during exercising.
4. THE SAFETY RING
Enables a limitation in range of motion of the exercise shaft by adjusting its vertical position. Thus, preventing excessive movements of the trauma-damaged shoulder joint if necessary.
5. THE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT CLAMP
By opening the clamp, the vertical position of the safety ring and/or the support handles can be adjusted. By closing the clamp, both are securely locked in their position.
6. THE PASSIVE (CHILD) SAFE HANDLE HOLDER
After exercise, the handle is stored in the holder. Due to the passive safety, the handle can only be deliberately removed from the holder after an upward movement, which prevents the training axle from accidentally falling over.
7. THE AXIAL MOVEMENT EXTENDER

This clever design reduces the exercise shaft length, and the required ceiling height significantly and at the same time increases the effective shaft length. This feature enables PlyoDyne® to be safely operated in rooms with a ceiling hight from 2,5 m.

In addition, the axial movement extender allows an adjustable position of the exercise handle, allowing operation of the device for individuals with a body length between 1.6 and 2.0 m.

Of course, we offer solutions in case your body length falls outside this range.

The training handle

The handle is both ergonomically and esthetical shaped in an almost artificial and functional handle. For the medical version, the handle is as light as possible.

1. THE GRIP
The ergonomic grip has been developed to absorb pressure on the hand while exercising. The material is carefully selected silicone that has excellent hygiene, cleaning, and wear & tear resistant properties. It has a rough and soft to the touch surface that prevents the handle from slipping out of your hand during exercising.
2. THE AXIAL MOVEMENT EXTENDER
This clever design reduces the exercise shaft length, and the required ceiling height significantly and at the same time increases the effective shaft length.

Maintenance

Maintenance-free

All materials have been carefully selected and evaluated and will not fail, if properly treated. The equipment is maintenance-free and does not require lubrication. Regularly use a damp cloth with water only for cleaning.
